Returns & Refunds

EX COP CARS LTD aims to provide practical customer support and fair resolutions for eligible return and refund requests.

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, subject to the conditions outlined below.


Eligible Returns

Returns may be accepted where:

  • An incorrect item was supplied

  • The item arrived damaged during delivery

  • The item received is significantly different from the product description

  • The item develops a verified fault shortly after delivery (where applicable)

All return requests are reviewed individually before approval is confirmed.


Non-Eligible Returns

Returns may not be accepted for:

  • Incorrect compatibility selection made by the customer

  • Items purchased without confirming suitability for a specific vehicle model

  • Used, fitted, modified, or installed items

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Products showing signs of misuse, alteration, or improper handling

  • Special-order or clearance items where clearly stated

Due to the nature of used automotive parts, minor cosmetic wear consistent with normal prior use may be present unless otherwise stated in the product description.


Return Request Procedure

Customers should contact our support team before returning any item.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Customer name

  • Description of the issue

  • Relevant photographs where applicable

Unauthorised returns may experience delays in processing.


Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an error made by EX COP CARS LTD, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning goods.


Inspection & Approval

Returned items are inspected upon arrival before any refund or replacement is approved.

EX COP CARS LTD reserves the right to refuse refunds where returned items do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow approximately 5–10 working days for refund processing, depending on the payment provider and banking institution.

Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the return relates to an incorrect or damaged item supplied by us.


Exchanges & Replacements

Where appropriate and subject to stock availability, replacement items may be offered instead of a refund.
